Subject: [exs] Start points in samples

Is there any way to load one audio file and set different start points to
different keys or layers? As of now, if I want to have 10 different start
points of one audio file, I have to make 10 copies of that audio file load
it 10 times into 10 different layers. This sucks up my memory and isn't
that efficient timewise. Do I have any other options???? Thanks.

Sure, not that comfortable... but one can do quite a lot with the group's
ADSR offset parameter.
Also, to the original poster: Doubling zones will not use up any more memory
as the same sample which allready is in your RAM will be used.
