Does anyone know of a way to import wav or aiff files into the esx24 and have logic create the sampler instruments pointer file at the same time.... like the way it converts AKAI format cds? If not, is there a way to load and create sampler instrument pointers for wav files manually??? Thanks, Ed

Both drums and instruments. What would be the most efficent way to get the instrument samples into the sampler? I am guessing the easiest way (only way really) to get the drums into the sampler is to build a kit and place the samples accordingly. Any help would be appreciated!!! For drum samples: Open EXS editor. New Instrument. Under Zones, use Import Multiple Samples. Pick the samples. Choose Chromatic when it asks how to import. All samples will be set to each key and pitched accordingly automatically. It takes all of a few seconds. Save the instrument. That's it.
