EXS 24 Logic Sampler Users Group

I've been looking through the EXS archive and found a fair amount of
discussion on this but no conclusive answers. So at risk of starting it all
up again....

Is there a group (or industry) position on converting existing commercial
sampler libs into EXS / Giga (whatever). either for personal use or sharing.

I'm planning on converting a large S50 / S550 library, and would like to
know where I stand.  ( Eric ?? )
