Importing Multi samples starting at CO

Importing Multi samples starting at CO

Is it possible to designate the start Key note to C0 when importing
multisamples. I have a 61 note setup and wish to map 61 different
snares acroos the keys.

No, but here's the next best thing. Open your key commands. Go to the EXS24
commands. Look for something like: Move samples and change root note
accordingly. Bad paraphrasing, but you get the point. Set a move left and
move right key. Then SAVE your key commands, or they will be lost. Then
select your sample (all), then hit the button you set. You'll see all your
samples magically scoot down a step each time you hit the key you set. This
is also a good workaround for additional chromatic imports. Additional
imports also start at C1. They'll already be selected after import, so just
scoot them up to the top of the keyboard. Have fun. -Jer

Thanks works a treat. I can only seem to import 49 samples at a time
though?? Not such a big deal though.

Cheers

Great! I'm surprised about the restriction though. I don't have a limit on
the number I can import (LAMP 5.1) and never have. I wonder if that's a
platform issue or something else... -Jer
