When you did a "clean install" did you wipe your hard drive (back up before
you do this of course)? Trash all the Logic-related preference files as
well. I'd wipe everything and reformat. Then do a clean OS install. 9.1
should still work, but if you're worried go with 9.04. I don't think your
problem is connected to 9.1 directly. I think something happened during your
updated which corrected other data on your hard drive.

First, if you haven't done it already, run your disk utilities like Norton,
TechTool and Disk Warrior. Also, check to make sure your memory allocation
to Logic (about 50MB) and any other programs running with Logic are set
correctly.

I know this isn't very insightful, but your problem seems pretty rare. I
doubt others updating to 9.1 will run into this as a rule. Good luck.

The problem is within Logic itself. You need to grab the new update from
Emagic's site (for Platinum it is 4.63, the others are at 4.62 I believe).

Let's hope that in two days we will get word from NAMM that Emagic is
releasing 4.7, which ought to give us EXS24 users a hierarchical instrument
selection menu (and maybe even looping!)

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
