EXS 24 Logic Sampler Users Group

Hi everyone.  I have a question regarding Resonance and how it 
works.  Currently, the only way to effect Resonance is to "turn the 
knob" while Logic records the Midi event.  This obviously changes the 
sound, but I wondered if there are other ways to effect Resonance?

In this example, they feed one synth into the another which controls 
the Resonance.  Similar to GATE/Sidechain effect, but not exactly.  I 
wondered if there is a way in Logic, or better yet internal to my 
JP8000 (or other synths) to have one parameter effect the Resonance, 
or the only way to really achieve by using Hyperdraw?
