Akai Conversion: Which one to use?

Akai Conversion: Which one to use?

2001-01-18 by Markus Seiser

Hi!

I want to convert my whole Akai Library as soon as the 4.7 update with
folders is here (hopefully tomorrow). Has anyone compared the
conversion quality between the EXS internal one and Cdxtract 3.42?
Does Cdxtract give better results? (I know it's faster, but quality is
more important) What about Translator?

Bye

Markus

The Akai->EXS translation is here with translations from disk, Partitions,
Volumes, or Programs. The translations do the best they can regarding the
global parameters. I can't comment on comparisons, but I'm sure there'll be
information on that soon.
