Obviously.
If you order the EXS there's gonna be a CD (or even two) with lots of more
files. The few files you're talking about apparently are the ones coming for
demo purposes with the Logic installation CD.
Also, you can import some other formats, such as AKAI CDs, soundfonts,
samplecell patches and gigasampler patches.

Oh, now I see - you were talking about the Yahoo file area...
Well, it doesn't make much sense posting files there anyways as the space is
pretty much limited.
Just do a search for "patch", "Akai FTP" and so on. Also, Jer has a nice
linksite for some EXS patches here:
http://musicbootcamp.com/audio_sample_library.shtml
In a few days I might also post an updated link list of my own patches (or
eventually even update my site).
