University of Iowa Patches

2002-11-30 by Sascha Franck

Thanks to Anders who started all this and thanks to Frank Valet who was
sending me the CDs, I just got all the UoI samples today.

Now, I will have a look at how to do some (and which) patches, but I have a
question that I thought I should ask here.

Which velocity switches would you folks prefer for, say, a three zone
sample?
If nobody will have any complaints, I will just put them at 0-45 / 46- 85 /
86-127.
I will also setup the velocity ranges in groups rather than for each
individual zone (makes constructing things a LOT easier).

Comments welcome, but if there are none I might even start today.

Regards,
Sascha

Sounds like a sensible plan. People can always adjust them later to
suit the response of their own midi controller -- as long as you use
groups instead of individual samples. But:

... you already thought of that yourself, so AFAI concerned: go ahead :).
