EXS24 mkII and Bardstown Bosendorfer Piano

Hello, I've purchased the Bardstown (2.6 gig)Piano in EXS format. I'm
using LAM 5.5 with a single G4, 450mhz and 768meg ram.The Piano plays
well,(no stuttering)but the sound disappears when I activate the EXS
filters. Channel insert plugins work fine, but I'd like to use the
EXS low pass filters. Can someone help?
