The first demo tryout version of the upcoming YellowTools Culture
percussion library is available for download:

A warning to the low-speed internet users: it's more than 100 megs! The
good news is that we can use it as is, with no limitations, even commercially.
I'm lucky enough to have a cable modem, so 7 1/2 minutes later...
Sounds great! At first I thought, "only a djembe, tambourine, shaker and
sourdo?" But then, I tried them out: yeeeaaahhh. Really great sounding,
easy to use (if you're not sure where the samples are on the keyboard, open
the Editor. You'll see a virtual keyboard with the mapping of the samples).
I particularly like the release samples, and the nice performance touches
like the modwheel crossfades. I haven't even started mucking around with
all the editing features.
The sample game is really going to heat up at NAMM - wish I was going!
