Open your keycommand list, scroll to the EXS section, assign a KC to "move
zones incl. root key" (there's 2, one for moving zones up, the other one to
move them down). I am using CTRL + L/R arrows for that.
Then, straight after you imported your recycled loop, do a CTRL+A (select
all zones if they aren't allready) and move them to your likings, using the
KC mentioned.
