Are you using any sort of plugin that involves a delay on that object, or maybe some filtering within EXS ? The tail of delay-type plugs can be stored in memory and jump out at the beginning of the song, especially if you stopped playing at a point where the effect was fairly dense. Myself, I always allow several bars at the beginning of a logic song. It's partly a habit I kearned way back when machines were much slower and the cpu etc needed time to 'get up to speed' , but also because of this delay thing. Dave Eager Towne Music wrote:
