EXS 24 Logic Sampler Users Group

Hi all!

I have recently moved to logic 5 and since the change have got a problem.  i
keep getting "PCI bus too slow" causing all sampler instruments cutting out.
If i reload the song it's fine 'til it happens again.  It doesn't matter how
many tracks I'm running.  no hardware is different to before and I have G4
500DP, Os9.2.2, running pro tools hardware through DAE.  Any ideas?

If you haven't done so already, go to Digidesign.com, click on 
Support, Downloads, and look for the Apple Multiprocessor and G4 
PowerBook Expansion Chassis Fix.

I'm surprised the problems only started with Logic 5, but who knows what lurks.

Check your version of Direct-Connect, and check the EXS-preferences for
streaming you might run into trouble with logic and DAE sharing the same
Drive - I would set the streaming-option off.
