EXS 24 Logic Sampler Users Group

Hey,
I have installed three times. For some reason I can't pull up the 
plug-in and it will not register on AudioInstr above the insert. Also 
when I look at my list of plug-ins, its not there. I can pull up the 
editor with the Keyboard across the top open a sample set but than 
nothing. Please help me before I go the the torture of trying to 
call "tech support - the lack there of."
