Free Mac App to extract Akai Mixed Mode CDs?

Does anyone know of an application that can do the above so the above in a way that will allow a workaround for EXS24 to read data from an Akai format mixed mode CD? I have a Dance Megadrums Mixed mode CD Rom and have reached the point of despair over converting these to EXS24 format!
