EXS 24 Logic Sampler Users Group

When I purchase exs24 ..say i goto guitarcenter..woll i be able to 
use it the same day or do i need to wait for access codes?...my demo 
for 5.0 ran out back when 5.0 first came out

Your type "B" access codes are good for, I believe, 84 days.

Yeah, each box comes with keys that work automatically with any XSKey 
for 80-some days.  To use it longer than that, you'll have to send the 
serial number on the EXS24's registration card and the serial of your 
XSKey to eMagic.  They will then generate a permanent code for you that 
will never expire, but can only be used with your XSKey.

The time it takes to generate this new key varies.  I usually get mine 
within 4 days (I register online).  Some people have had to wait weeks 
for theirs.  But regardless, I've never head of anyone who had to wait 
more than 80 days, so you should be able to use it from the day you buy 
it without interruption.
