Hey there,

The Akai Pro website has been down for three days now.  Anyone hear 
anything about this?

Is this about the AKAI ftp-site -- with the Splendid Grand and stuff 
(the S5000 collection)?  Or is it really about some _web_ site?
I get a lot of mail from people who can't access the ftp-site 
(password & login required) and if it'll be back on the 30th, that 
would be good news.

I had heard there USA distributor was in bad financial shape.......
Some stores saying they might not be able to get their products.
