Clap samples

2003-07-07 by VMENDELSON

Hey folks. I need help from somebody who knows hip hop.
I'm looking for claps or clapping snares samples similar to ones
used in tracks like 50 Cent's In Da Club and Fabolous' Cant Let You
Go. It's sortof condensed multiple clap. If anybody knows what I'm
talking about and where I can find it, please let me know. Thank you.

V.

in da clubs clap sound sounds like a pitched down and doubbled with a snare
hr-16-clap to me.

hey, v.

... just 5 minutes later i hear "in da club" on tv (!). and i think my geuss
was pretty close if not exact.

take a hr-16 clap, pitch it down half a note, advance it a few ticks and put
a solid snare _on_ the spot.

that shoud be it.

good luck.

ulf.
