exs >6.1> ? help

when i upgraded to lp6.1, vol 3[factory sounds-exs24], and disc vol 5[software instruments-exs24],dissappeared, and extreme hiphop only loads basses, but nothing else. i get a sine wav sound with no instrument loaded. how can i get the exs to work as smooth as evb3 and evp88? i am using osx.2.6, and a keystation 49, plus yamaha S90, on a g4tibook.
