Depends how "riffy" you want. The more specific the wording of the phrases, 
the less generic they can be. I really like Vocal Planet by Spectrasonics, 
it covers a broad range, they are really dynamic and playable, but they are 
generic enough to be used more than once. Kurzweil's "Take 6" is also 
really popular.

But... if you're looking for swear words, sexual innuendo, or JUST PLAIN 
LOUD WORDS, you'll have to look elsewhere. (Look for "Phatt", or the common 
derivative "Phat" in the name - you can't go wrong.)
