There's no way to do what you want to do.
The 2101FC is not capable of transmitting start/stop/rewind messages. It
can only transmit Program Change and Control Change (CC) messages.
Your 2101 has no way of translating these messages into start/stop/rewind
messages before it sends them out of its MIDI Thru port.
The only solution would be to intercept CC
messages coming out of the 2101's MIDI Thru port using a computer and translate
these into start/stop/rewind messages before sending them to your
sequencer.
