>Dust is not a big deal. I have the fan pulling air out of the 2101
through the lid. So all you have to do is cover the front opening by
the tubes with filter material made for computer fans. It is common
knowledge that the cooler a processor chip is kept, the more efficient
it will operate. COOLER IS BETTER!! Heat kills electronics. I only
wish I had done this years ago with my first 2101 that overheated and
left this earth. The same thing happened to my ADA MP-2, had it in a
rack with plenty of space and it cooked itself to death like a little
toaster oven. So in short, I will check into the voltage regulators
but I will never take the fan out. Hell my computer has 6 fans and
is'nt the 2101 essentially a computer for guitar?
