I only wish I had done this years ago with my first 2101 that overheated and left this earth. The same thing happened to my ADA MP-2, had it in a rack with plenty of space and it cooked itself to death like a little toaster oven. So in short, I will check into the voltage regulators but I will never take the fan out.
