If you can get your hands on a Crate powerblock, that is a great little amp. About the size of a big book and 150 Watts. They've been discontinued so about a month ago all the music stores were unloading them and I got one for about $80. They were going pretty fast but you might find one somewhere. _____ From: gsp-2101@yahoogroups.com [mailto:gsp-2101@yahoogroups.com] On Behalf Of Jim Morrison Sent: Wednesday, February 14, 2007 7:42 AM To: gsp-2101@yahoogroups.com Subject: [gsp-2101] Best power amp to use w/2101? i currently run my 2101Le(3.00 ver)thru a Marshall 9200(about 10 tons lol!)but i'm now intereted in a smaller less weight amp?,but don't wanna lose much in sound quality!~ also looking to get most bang for the buck! some have mentioned the Ada B200 Ada microtube,Peavey classic 50 classic 60/60 i don't care if it has the Boogie logo on it (as i'm passed the stage of trying to be visually impressive!,just looking for great sound out of an over looked great power amp thats not to big/heavy!! thanks Jim if u have something of interest give me a call!(814)673-0515 also have an Ada Mp1 forsale/trade thanks Jim M
