2101 output to Soldano effect return (or slave input)
If no returns or slave input on the Soldano turn DOWN the input gain on the Soldano and turn up the 2101 until the least noise is heard.

Thanks for the reply. I don't actually use the preamp of the 2101
with the overdrive of the SLO. Even with just the delay, reverbs and
chorus, I am getting unwanted clipping because the output level of
the 2101 has to be so high. Maybe its time to change my fx unit!
