The white wire must be mounted on the left small PCB where the power switch is soldered. There was a lug, at position QT1. It is broken away. So solder the wire to the solder via "QT1". 2. The transformer is loose. fasten it with a screw and a nut! 3. Resistor R522 is blown! its a 10 ohms 1/4 watt carbon film. If you would replace it, it will probably blow again. Before you replace it you'll need to remove the defective part in the +-12V circurity. It can be many parts so you have to measure.
