If I use the data wheel to scroll to a preset, lets say preset 1, and then 
start to play, very occasionally the unit will 'jump' to another preset for 
about 1/2 sec and then go back to preset 1. I also noticed today that 
sometimes it does not seem to 'get' the signal from the guitar, I pick a 
string and no sound comes from the gsp2101.

Is this a really bad sign that my unit is about to die? I really hope not...

Hope someone here can help or shed some light on this issue.
