Well, considering my algorithm ( http://www.svachon.com/alg.png ), it would be:

97 RAM blocks and 223 CPU blocks with the stereo flanger

and

80 RAM blocks and 221 CPU blocks with the stereo phaser



Why would the flanger work and not the phaser?
