the 2101 can send messages on four individual
channels.
are you sure, the mesa (or the midi switcher - what is it,
btw?) expects cc-messages, not program change messages?
i´m pretty sure, you´ll get what you want. depends a little on
the receiving device.
no problem on side of the 2101.

Studio Pre.
Can I control the midiswitcher with midi cc from the 2101?
