have you set the 2101 to "send front panel change=yes" in the midi menu?

Now I've hooked the Digitech midi out to my computer.
I still have a question.

Is it possible to have the 2101 to send out midi cc when I change
preset\program?

It transmits midi cc when I toggle the midi cc manually but not when
I just change the programs.
