My other guitarist had 2 & 3 go out on the Control one. I did a temp repair by removing the plastic footswitch actuaters by pressing the front of the pedal gently with my thumbs and lifting up. Gently because there are tabs that hold it in place which can break if forced. Replacements are like $0.64 each from digitech. There is a little plastic pin that presses the switch. Looking closley you'll probably find a wear mark on the switch where the pins hits plus some wear on the pin. I reparied it buy cutting electrical tape into small squares around the size of the black button on the switch. I used 3 layers - 4 was one too many. A quick test is too press the switch with you finger to see if it switches. If not dirt may of collected inside if for instance the switch went out and sat unused for months. No problem keep pressing the switch 20 times or so and it will probably self clean. If not you will need a new one. Just an oddity. I have the original 96 GSP2101FC on my rig and none of the switchs have a problem. --- In gsp-2101@yahoogroups.com, Al Costa <alcosta@c...> wrote: > Hey, > > Anyone have a switch (or two or three) on the Control One stop > working?
