Ryan: First, do a factory reset. 1.. Power off your 2101 2.. Hold the function (access) key [1] while powering on your 2101 3.. Wait until the asterisk * appears in the top-left corner of the display 4.. Release the function key [1] 5.. Press the Program Up button to complete the Factory Reset If this doesn't fix it, replace the battery and retry the factory reset. The battery is an Eveready CR 2032 or equivalent. If this doesn't fix it, you have a hardware problem and you need to return your unit to DigiTech.
