Hi Gerry, Even with the treble turned all-the-way down, and the bass and mids all-the-way up, the unit was just way too bright and thin. I had read some where that there was some possible quality control issues, so maybe I just got one of the bad ones off of the line or something. For ease of use, it was great, but that's about it.
