2101 losing gain

I have a artist 2101 that seems to be losing gain. i run it through a marshall valvestate into a marshall 2 x 12 cabinet. would the output chips be the problem? thanks

Hmm..First stop i'd make is to and grabs 2 new 12AX7's or ECC803s...Id suggest the Tung-Sol (Gold Plates) or JJ's.
