tube distortions not passing signal

i have swapped tubes and tried a hard reset ..pulled the board out to look for soldier issues..hardware version 11-5039-a14....t9-24??written in marker?? a schematic or voltages would be great ..looks like theres been a mouse poopin close to the tubes!!! everything else works great thanks
