Here at White Horse Software, we’ve just released version 2.42 of MIDIWizard for the GSP-2101. MIDIWizard is a software application that interfaces with a variety of MIDI equipment and runs under any version of Microsoft Windows since ‘98, including Windows XP, 7, Vista, 8, and 10. Sorry, we don’t have a Mac version. MIDIWizard also works with any version of the GSP-2101 chip-set.

Major improvements over earlier versions of MIDIWizard are the extensive use of HTML-based on-line help for every menu item, window, and data entry field, and a comprehensive “Health Check” feature that examines the integrity of your GSP-2101’s user memory.

The GSP-2101’s user memory is precious. There are only 28,672 bytes available for user programs and 35,156 bytes for user algorithms. The new feature snoops through user memory, looking for any lost bytes due to orphaned programs or algorithms, and suggests procedures for reclaiming this memory.

MIDIWizard also provides several features not available via the 2101’s front panel. You'll find a brief description on eBay - just search for “MIDIWizard GSP-2101”.
