Global Wet / Dry?

Does anyone know if the 2101 has a global wet/dry mix? The 2101 is a nice piece of gear and I'm puzzled why I cant find it. Without it, putting the 2101 through a parallel effects loop on my amp is not real good. Help! Thanks- RJ
