So where do you get a good Patch Dumper for Windows XP?

So where do you get a good Patch Dumper for Windows XP?

So I think I'm ready to rock out with this whole patch dumper thing.
Pretty much it sounds pretty easy. Only problem is that the one I
found says that it may not work with Windows XP. I got it from:
http://members.liwest.at/GroovingArts/

Shit, this is awesome. So does this mean, i can go find a bunch of
new patches and put them in my 2101? I really don' tlike a lot of the
patches on my 2101 artist. I only have 1 s disc. I think that's all
I need. I am debating buying one from Dieter but it's 242 dollars.
Anybody think it's worth it?

Anybody try to build one themselves?

Thanks.
