i've got a great cleand sound from my preamp
and using the GSP for effect.
now i'l need a limiter to cut off the peaks,
it's not that much a compression,
but do i have to use the compressor for that?

does anybody have some good settings?

Simple:  Set the compression rate high (16:1) or so,
and the threshold very low like less than 10.

This will preserve the dinamics of the signal while
stopping the spikes from clipping.
