I replaced mine recently with this one-
240x64 Dots GLCD Graphic Module LCD Display,w/T6963 Controller,LED Backlight
It's a pin for pin replacement, but you have to solder on a new header for the ribbon cable, and also tie the font selection to + 5 volts with a 10k resistor. Some self adhesive foam sponge rubber is also worth getting to go around the surround like the original display. I also desoldered and removed the inverter block and jumpered across the 5 volt supply so I could use the original connection plug for the LED backlight.
