If you can't send all the patches, that's due to transfer going too fast. You should get up wait time / delay options if there are in MIDIox(There are in SoundDiver). For the other problems(Maybe patch send too), you/someone else should try to unsolder the battery and resolder/change it. I already got the problems you got(name is ********, no sound), but only on 2 "Roland D-110"s.
