i just was getting in touch with kawai again to get sure what these
hexcodes are. 

Note:
!The latest OS for the K5 is 1.3,but the latest OS for K5m is only 1.2!

These Files are the HEXcode´s , which are needed to burn an Eeprom. I
am no specialist about these things. But Kawai told, that an emty
Eeprom is needed and to Burn the HEXcode in, something like a
"Eeprom-recorder" of course. So you should watch out for a empty
Eeprom that matches the Kawai specifications...

I will maybee do this on my K5M, since i have version 1.0 on my unit.
But i am not sure, right now. Anyway i have contacted someone who has
a recorder for that... but i don´t know anything about the Kawai
Eeprom right now. Also it´s possible to use the old Eeprom, erase it,
and rewrite it with the new OS... BUT, that would be very dangerous,
since you would loose all data when this failes...

However, i thought it would be useful to have these Files here in the
area :)
