No GM(Dates from before) : That's why you can put any sounds anywhere.

Vibrato: Solution one, in the wheels at the left there is one that 
returns to it's original position and the "other" not. This "other" one 
is controlling vibrato(In midi mode) and should be turned down. If it 
still doesn't work, press 2 times on MIDI and turn it off.
