Garen, Is your unit a K3 or a K3M? To reset the K3 to original, turn the unit off, holding down the bottom 3 keys, and turn the unit on - continuing to hold the keys for about 30 seconds. That's a hard reset. I can't remember right now how to do the M, but I can tell you later if you need.
