You can get a USB MIDI interface off ebay that should work quite nicely from Hong Kong for less than $10.

I kind of assume you're aware you can find all the K1 (and I'm guessing the K1M, I've only got K1 and K1R) patches off the net with a basic patch loader/saver on the net (possibly in the group's files location).
