Hi Narfman, So, here you are! I uploaded it to Rapidshare (thank you Marco Andreetta!). Perhaps not the most convenient, but free and without registration, so I could do it quickly. Therefore I am not that familiar with it. But there's definitely more on MIDI implementation inside it. I hope it will help you though.
