I also uploaded onto my website an SysEx file with 64 patches of my
own creation that take advantage of all the new extended parameters.

Not a bad place to start to hear some new sounds from your HAWK-800.

Also, a very important extended parameter is 88. 0=Poly, 1=Hold,
2=Chord, 3=Portamento Mono.

This parameter allows you to preset a patch with any of the four
modes. You have to select the mode you want and then write the program
to that patch. Then, the next time you select that patch it will
switch to the mode you had saved in that patch.  Nice if you play live
and want to set up a patch set.
