Korg Poly800/EX800 Users

I dont know, but every time i send a sysex file with dumpster to my 
EX800, i dont think that it worked 100%. There are some patches that 
sound very strange, i think that dumpster sends the file too fast?
What do have to check, can someone give me a detailed description of 
how i get a sysex (the factory patches) into my EX800? I also tried 
the tape, but unfortunately my EX800 never says good at the end of 
the wav file? I did everything thats mentioned in the manual?
OK, maybe a hint?

with the sysex stuff....maybe you've got a bad midi cable or something like 
that.  try running the computer directly into the midi in of the EX800 with 
a different midi cable and see if you get anything different.  maybe the 
patches are supposed to sound like that.

with the tape stuff..make sure you've got a nice clear .wav file and make 
sure it's got an adequate "start" sound.  the only other thing you can 
really do there is make sure you've got the level right.  I don't remember 
exactly but it's supposed to indicate that it's recieving data.  If it's 
just sitting there then maybe the level is too low or it's not hooked up 
right
