I pulled some stills from an Amy Winehouse concert DVD and posted them in the Photos section. The Poly is used in one song at least with some sort of talk-box attachment. The keyboard player is singing into a clear plastic tube while moving the joystick. Sorry about the aspect ratio, thats the way it clipped.
