Use the Open movie command. Navigate to the audio CD. Select which track you want. select a save destination but before you save click the options button in the dialog window and make sure it's set to 16 bit, 44.1K. Save the movie. When its done a fake movie window will be displayed. Close this window. Go to the audio window and select "ADD audiofile". Navigate to the file you just saved and add it to the audio list. You're done... BTW, you must have quicktime installed to do this.
